Principal’s Message

Greetings! We are thrilled to introduce you all to John Ericsson Middle School 126. We are a powerful team of educators, families and students looking to engineer the future of our communities, our city, and our world. We build our educational program to support the whole child with rigorous academic courses as well as social emotional learning and community building. With a particular focus on science, math and technology, students participate in hands-on, problem based learning and create solutions to real world challenges.

As a community school we partner with expertise outside the building to provide services and opportunities to our students and families. We’re a small school with big promise, allowing us to know all of our students well. We provide the tools they need to know themselves and to meet academic and personal goals.

We also believe that our parents’ expertise is crucial to the success of our students and we partner with our families to engineer our learning goals and plans each year as we build toward the future. We welcome you to join our community and learn more about the amazing things we have planned. If you would like to visit our school, please feel free to contact our Parent Coordinator to arrange a meeting or a tour. We look forward to hearing from you!
